Today, we have a 6-game MLB slate on DraftKings, starting at 12:05 p.m. ET. Check out my favorite players at each position, value plays, and stacks! Our partners at DFSHero.com provide us with access to their lineup optimizer and AI simulator, which we use to provide you with the best DFS plays every day!

SP:

Corbin Burnes, Baltimore Orioles (FD:$10,700 | DK:$9,500)

Taj Bradley, Tampa Bay Rays (FD:$10,100 | DK:$9,000)

Gavin Williams, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$7,500 | DK:$7,800)

Notes: Burnes is the fourth-ranked pitcher on the DFS Hero Optimizer and has an excellent matchup against the Marlins today. Bradley has been one of the best pitchers in the league over the past month and is the third-ranked pitcher on the Optimizer. I like Williams at his price and as a tournament play against a weak Tigers lineup. The Optimizer has Dylan Cease ranked as their top SP today, and I do like him because of his strikeouts; however, at his price, there isn’t much value, especially because he is inconsistent in his ratios from start to start.

Top Stacks:

Cleveland Guardians vs. Detroit Tigers

Texas Rangers vs. Chicago White Sox

Notes: The Guardians face Kenta Maeda today, who has been torched by them already this season. In two starts against them this year, he has only managed to go 4.2 innings while allowing 3 HR and 13 ER. The Rangers face Jonathan Cannon today after busting out for ten runs last night. Cannon has been hit hard in his past two outings.

C:

Jonah Heim, Texas Rangers (FD:$2,800 | DK:$3,500)

Adley Rustchman, Baltimore Orioles (FD:$3,400 | DK:$5,800)

Notes: I like Heim as a cheap option in the Rangers stack. If you want to pay up at catcher, though, Adley is always a good option, and he is the second-ranked catcher on the DFS Hero Optimizer today.

1B:

Josh Naylor, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$3,500 | DK:$5,400)

Nathaniel Lowe, Texas Rangers (FD:$2,800 | DK:$3,600)

Juan Yepez, Washington Nationals (FD:$3,000 | DK:$3,400)

Notes: Naylor and Lowe are both threats to go deep today and can be used in my top stacks. Yepez has been on fire lately, still remains cheap and the DFS Hero Simulator gives him a 29% chance to 3X today.

2B:

Andres Gimenez, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$3,000 | DK:$4,200)

Marcus Semien, Texas Rangers (FD:$3,400 | DK:$5,100)

Notes: Semien is one of the top 2B in DFS and hits atop a really good Rangers lineup. Gimenez is projected to have 3% ownership, and the Optimizer gives him a strong leverage score.

3B:

Josh Smith, Texas Rangers (FD:$3,100 | DK:$4,200)

Jose Ramirez, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$4,300 | DK:$6,100)

Manny Machado, San Diego Padres (FD:$3,300 | DK:$4,800)

Notes: Smith has been playing regularly in Texas and has been producing well. The DFS Hero Simulator really likes Ramirez and Machado today. Machado has a 31% chance to 3X, and Ramirez is the third-ranked player at the position.

SS:

Corey Seager, Texas Rangers (FD:$3,600 | DK:$5,300)

Ha-Seong Kim, San Diego Padres (FD:$3,000 | DK:$4,200)

Notes: They are the number two and three ranked players at the position today on the Simulator. Seager is a good play if you stack Rangers, while Kim is good if you don’t. The Simulator gives Kim a 32.8% chance to 3X.

OF:

Steven Kwan, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$3,600 | DK:$6,600)

Adolis Garcia, Texas Rangers (FD:$3,200 | DK:$4,500)

Wyatt Langford, Texas Rangers (FD:$3,000 | DK:$4,100)

Angel Martinez, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$2,600 | DK:$4,900)

Anthony Santander, Baltimore Orioles (FD:$3,700 | DK:$5,000)

Notes: Everyone except for Santander can be used in my top stacks today. Santander is ranked as the number-one OF on the DFS Hero Optimizer and has the second-highest projected ceiling at the position, behind only Shohei Ohtani.

Value Players:

3B/SS Daniel Schneemann, Cleveland Guardians (FD:$2,700 | DK:$3,200)

2B Justin Foscure, Texas Rangers (FD:$2,000 | DK:$2,100)

OF Leody Taveras, Texas Rangers (FD:$2,600 | DK:$3,100)

Notes: These are all cheap options within my stacks. Foscue and Taveras are especially interesting, though. Foscue is min price, while Taveras is a favorite of the DFS Hero Simulator. They give him a 36% chance to 3X and a 28% chance to 3.5X.
