SP:

Logan Gilbert, Mariners (DK: $9,400 | FD: $10,200)

Notes: The DFS Hero Optimizer projects that Gilbert will finish as the top scoring pitcher by more than 4 points. Play him with one of the a value play pitchers I have below.

Stacks:

Colorado Rockies vs. Miami Marlins

Boston Red Sox vs. Toronto Blue Jays

Chicago White Sox vs. Texas Rangers

Notes: The Rockies are projected to score over 6 runs and the Red Sox are projected as the second highest scoring team. Meanwhile, the White Sox are the highest projected stack and can help take down a GPP.

C:

Will Smith, Dodgers (DK: $4,800 | FD: $3,100)

Conner Wong, Red Sox (DK: $4,000 | FD: No Play)

Notes: Smith is the top projected scorer at catcher. I think Wong can bring back tremendous value for the second highest projected stack.

1B:

Jake Burger, Marlins (DK: $5,600 | FD: $3,700)

Matt Olson, Braves (DK: $5,400 | FD: $3,300)

Notes: Burger is projected second in scoring but has more projected value than Shohei Ohtani. Olson is coming off a great game and has a solid matchup.

2B:

Brendan Rodgers, Rockies (DK: $4,700 | FD: $2,700)

Connor Norby, Marlins (DK: $3,900 | FD: $3,100)

Notes: Norby is cheap and is the highest projected scoring third basemen giving him a ton of value. Rodgers hits very well at home and the Rockies are projected over 5 runs. He should be in the thick of their offense.

3B:

Manny Machado, Padres (DK: $5,100 | FD: $3,300)

Ryan McMahon, Rockies (DK: $4,900 | FD: $3,200)

Notes: I don’t want to pay more than this for third basemen. Both have great matchups, and I think they both reach double digits.

SS:

Ezequiel Tovar, Rockies (DK: $5,600 | FD: $3,200)

Corey Seager, Rangers (DK: $5,200 | FD: $3,600)

Notes: Both are the top two projected scorers at shortstop. I lean to Seager as my gut play of the night.

OF:

Mookie Betts, Dodgers (DK: $6,300 | FD: $3,900)

Charlie Blackmon, Rockies (DK: $5,000 | FD: $3,000)

Jackson Merrill, Padres (DK: $4,700 | FD: $3,200)

Luis Robert Jr., White Sox (DK: $4,200 | FD: $3,400)

Notes: These are among the top projected scoring outfielders along with being among the top valued players.

Value Players:

3B/OF Ezequiel Duran, Rangers (DK: $2,300 | FD: $2,300)

C Nick Fortes, Marlins (DK: $3,200 | FD: $2,500)

2B Thairo Estrada, Giants (DK: $3,200 | FD: $2,400)

OF Lars Nootbar, Cardinals (DK: $3,300 | FD: $2,600)

1B Carlos Santana, Twins (DK: $3,600 | FD: $2,900)

SP Jeffrey Springs, Rays (DK: $7,500 | FD: $8,700)

SP Andrew Heaney, Rangers (DK: $7,000 | FD: $8,000)

Notes: These players are among the top valued players at their positions. You can really build a lineup with big bats if you roster both Springs and Heaney.
