FREE 11/24 NFL DFS Week 12 Preview: High, Mid, Low Options
November 22, 2024

This article will focus on three players in each position using DraftKings pricing for the Sunday 1 p.m. slate. We will provide one high, medium, and low pricing option based on matchups and game theory from top to bottom.
Note: Double stacking is playing a QB with 2 two additional players from the same offense. So, you would play QB Joe Burrow, WR Ja’Marr Chase, and WR Tee Higgins. When double stacking, always play a player from the opposing team, preferably a WR. 40% of the Millionaire contest-winning lineups were double stacked.
Now that we’ve done the housekeeping let’s get into week 12.
QB
QB Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs ($6,800)
Mahomes has scored less than 20 fantasy points in every game this year except one. He has a great matchup against the Panthers. Consider Mahomes a GPP play.
**Double stack** RB Kareem Hunt, TE Travis Kelce, WR DeAndre Hopkins
QB Bo Nix, Denver Broncos ($6,300)
Nix has a great matchup this week on the road in Las Vegas. He is averaging almost 22 fantasy points per game over the last seven games. In week 5, Nix had over 200 yards passing and 3 total TDs against the Raiders. Nix is almost a lock this week.
**Single stack** WR Courtland Sutton, WR Devaughn Vele
QB Tommy DeVito, New York Giants ($4,000)
DeVito has a good matchup this week at home against Tampa. There is some concern about playing him in the first start of his season, but remember, he loves to scramble and he’s playing the Buccaneers. Consider DeVito a value play.
**Single Stack** WR Malik Nabers, RB Tyrone Tracy Jr., TE Theo Johnson
RB
RB Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco 49ers ($8,500)
McCaffrey has a decent matchup on the road at Green Bay. He is averaging more than 28 fantasy points per game against Green Bay. I don’t think I am paying up at running back this week, but if you are, McCaffrey is a man of interest. Consider McCaffrey a GGP play.
RB James Conner, Arizona Cardinals ($6,500)
Conner has a good matchup this week on the road against the Seahawks. He is averaging more than 18 fantasy points per game over the last four games. Last season, Conner had 33 fantasy points against Seattle.
RB Brian Robinson Jr., Washington Commander ($5,600)
Robinson has a good matchup at home against the Cowboys. Dallas has allowed more than 117 yards rushing per game over the last nine games. Robinson is almost a lock this week.
Honorable mention: Tyrone Tracy Jr., Rachaad White
WR
WR Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings ($8,100)
Jefferson has a great matchup this week on the road against the Bears. He is averaging almost 22 fantasy points per game over the last three games against Chicago. Consider Jefferson a GPP play.
WR Tyreek Hill, Miami Dolphins ($7,200)
He has a great matchup this week at home against the Patriots. He is averaging more than 18 fantasy points per game over the last three games against New England. Consider Hill a GPP play.
WR Jauan Jennings, New Orleans Saint ($5,600)
Jennings has a great matchup this week against the Packers. He is averaging more than 20 fantasy points per game over the last two games. Jennings is a lock this week!
Honorable Mention: Josh Downs, Marvin Harrison Jr., Calvin Ridley
TE
TE Brock Bowers, Las Vegas Raiders ($6,300)
Bowers had 13 receptions, 126 receiving yards, and a TD last week against the Dolphins. He has a decent matchup this week at home against Denver. In week 12, he had 8 receptions, 97 receiving yards, and a TD against the Broncos. Bowers is my favorite TE this week.
TE Hunter Henry, New England Patriots ($4,000)
Henry has been a little inconsistent, but so has the entire offense. He has a great matchup this week against the Dolphins. Let’s hope Henry is in the game plan this week.
TE Theo Johnson, New York Giants ($2,900)
Johnson has 7 receptions, 88 yards, and a TD over the last two games. He has a great matchup this week against the Buccaneers. Johnson could benefit from the change at QB. Consider Johnson a value play.
Honorable mention: T.J. Hockenson, Trey McBride
DEF
Minnesota Vikings DEF ($3,400)
The Vikings’ defense has been averaging almost 12 fantasy points per game over the last three games. The Bears’ offense has been sacked 12 times over the last two games.
Denver Broncos DEF ($3,200)
In week 5, The Broncos forced 3 INTs and 3 sacks against the Raiders. The Broncos should control this game as well.
Arizona Cardinals’ DEF ($2,600)
The Cardinals’ defense is averaging 12 fantasy points per game over the last two games. I don’t like this matchup a lot, but if you’re paying down, the Cardinals may be worth a shot.
