How do I hard refresh browser and clear cache after a DFS Hero update?

For iPhone users using Safari:You can clear cookies and cache without clearing your history by going to Settings > Apps > Safari > Advanced > Website Data and tapping Remove All Website DataFor Android users using Chrome:

Open your browser. Go to Menu > More > Settings or Menu > Settings > Privacy & Security.Chrome: Go to Menu > Settings > Privacy.

Tap Clear cache, Clear history, and Clear all cookie data as appropriate.Chrome: Tap Clear browsing data at the bottom of the screen, leave the defaults selected (browsing history, cache, and cookies), then tap Clear.

We always recommend a hard refresh in browser, to avoid any cache-related conflicts when DFS Hero pushes out an update. To hard refresh:

Windows/Linux:

1. Hold down Ctrland click the Reloadbutton
2. Or, Hold down Ctrland press F5
3. Open the Chrome Dev Tools by pressing F12. Once the Chrome dev tools are open, just right-click on the refresh button and a menu will drop down. This menu gives you the option of doing a hard refresh, or even clearing the cache and do a hard refresh automatically.

Mac:

1. Hold ⇧ (Shift) and click the Reload button
2. Or, hold down ⌘ (Cmd) and ⇧ (Shift) key and then press R.
