Midday Sunday starts one of the last LoL slates before the World finals in a few weeks. There are two best of 5s running today in the western region. First, in the LEC, we have G2 Esports taking on FNC. Then, in the LCS, we have 100 Thieves taking on Cloud 9. I am using the tools found on 

 to identify the best plays for this slate.

Just like with other DFS sports, LoL has specific build types that tend to be more successful over a long period of time. In these breakdowns, top stacks is what will be discussed the most. If you are new to LoL, I recommend reading the strategy article that DFS Hero provides, 

 FNC have been really good in these playoffs, and have not lost a series yet, but G2 is the best team in the LEC, having won all three splits this year. G2 is the favored team here even if they are coming from the lower bracket. They have looked like a different team since losing their first series to MDK. I will be targeting this game as a place to get different, however, because FNC can keep this series close and has a better chance. I might even have some FNC 1 offs in my G2 stacks to get a bit more different.

C9 is among the elite 3 in North America. 100T have been a fun revelation this year and I hope their young players keep developing, but C9 should be too much for this young team to handle. C9 has had a tendency to play more objective focused, so I will be targeting their team position more heavily, and filling in with 2 or 3 position players from there. 100T is only in play if you want the very low owned play that might possibly upset. Other than that, it should be 3-4 C9 to round out your lineups.
