Breakdowns, cheat sheets, and strategy for every NBA slate.
2 game slate for the first round of NBA Cup games and honestly the only exciting game for me is the OKC/DAL one. I don't think the Magic will give the Bucks any sort of trouble with Franz now out as well. I would be playing to a narrative tonight. Treat this similar to Showdown, pivot your script around and hope you get the right one. With that said... Our December 10th Starting Five is now LIVE!
Should have been a lot better of a night, but some guys like Mobley, Brunson and Barnes not getting normal minutes and the Spurs starting Sochan at C really killed things. Tonight we have a really fun 7 game slate that has plenty of late swap opportunity. I think you can take advantage of that to get an edge for sure. There is also some great mid range value that I will be taking advantage of as well. With that said... Our December 6th Starting Five is now LIVE!
Honestly, not that bad of a night for me last night. Russell and Giannis did everything they could to bring me down, but we had flames everywhere else. Tonight's 7 gamer is just littered with high pace matchups which always makes things fun. I am taking a different approach to the slate tonight which either will take me to the top or I will be paying the rake. We will find out soon. With that said... I don't even want to talk about last night. I rostered pretty much everyone that got hurt (Garland, Brogdon, Mann in SD) or was in a blowout. Somehow I actually got my SE across the cash line, but nothing else worked out for me. Tonight's 6 gamer has some slow paced, low implied total games and then 2 actually promising games. It will be interesting how the field rosters these games. I actually kind of like it, but we will see. With that said... Our December 4th Starting Five is now LIVE!
We broke even last night, but the Starting Five for yesterday basically went out the window as expected with all the injury news. Hopefully tonight goes better. I went with a no nonsense approach and I fully expect this to be my core for tonight so fingers crossed! With that said... Our December 3rd Starting Five is now LIVE!
Small slate tonight with what feels like a million Q tags so this article could go in the waste bin by lock. However, I think we picked out some strong plays for tonight regardless of the news so just stay fluid and make late swap your friend. With that said... Our December 2nd Starting Five is now LIVE!
I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and is working off the food coma today. I think for the first time ever I managed to profit NFL on Thanksgiving so I am more than satisfied. Today we have a great 7 game main slate for NBA with a lot of value. Just be fluid with the Brooklyn news because they are the golden ticket today. With that said... When you stack the wrong game, which ended up being the WAS/CHI game, you aren't going to do well. I had too many pieces from that game to offset the 100% Lillard, Kuzma and Keyonte I had. Portis and Lavine really drug me out of the money which was unfortunate. Pretty crazy you almost had to stack the game that featured the best defenses on the slate in HOU/MIN. It happens. Tonight almost everyone plays and there are a ton of Q tags so be fluid. With that said... Our November 27th Starting Five
Not a good night for me, but I probably should have never played. My only swap from the article was I would have gone Naji Marshall over Cody Martin. Even with that, I played Jokic over LaMelo which failed miserably. You basically had to play the cheap Dallas and then the right spend ups to make it to the money, so having Robert and Capela didn’t work out. With that said...
