The grid more menu

Last updated Oct 15, 2026

The three-dot button at the right of the Players header opens the grid's more menu. It holds two pre-build tools, three view switches, a CSV export, and the share action.

Before you start

  • Open a slate. See Read the player grid.
  • The tool items only work before a build. Once the tab holds lineups, the Tools group leaves the menu.

Open the menu

Click the three-dot button at the right of the Players header. The switch rows stay open when you click them.

Projection Hub

Projection Hub writes values into your My Proj column. Four tabs:

  • My Projections: the sets and formulas you saved, each with Apply to My Proj and Delete in its menu.
  • Upload: a CSV or pasted rows, mapped to the grid columns. The full walkthrough is Upload custom projections.
  • Architect: a formula builder. Name the metric, then click Add Component and pick a grid column, a sport stat, or a hit rate with a weight. Save Metric stores the formula on your account; Apply to My Proj writes its result into the grid, in fantasy points on the same scale as Hero Proj.
  • Blend: mixes Hero Proj, Ceiling, and Floor by percentage, with the presets 100% Hero, Hero + Ceiling (50/50), and Ceiling Heavy (40/60). Apply turns on when the total is exactly 100%. See Projections and ownership.

Handbuild Mode

The sheet shows one slot per roster position, with a stats strip for the lineup's projection, salary, salary left, ownership, and GTO. Select each roster slot, then compare the suggested players by Hot, Proj, Value, or Lev.

  • Click a slot, then click a player in the grid behind the sheet. Press Escape or Cancel to stop.
  • Smart Fill fills the empty slots from My Projection with the Fill button. Pick Hero Projection under Fill Based On to ignore your edits.
  • Optimal Benchmarks with Generate shows how your hand-built lineup compares with the optimal lineup.
  • Smart Fill and the optimal lineup use the top projections with no randomness and no stacks. On classic slates they add no offensive player against your DST, no hitter against your pitcher, no center or winger against your goalie, and no player against your TEAM pick. On MMA and tennis they add no second fighter or player from a fight or match you already have. Players you pick yourself stay, even when they break these rules.
  • Clear empties every slot. Save Lineup stores the lineup.

Advanced Mode

With Advanced Mode on, the grid adds Vegas, Floor, Ceiling, and the 2X to 5.5X columns after Value. The column meanings are in Read the player grid.

Heatmap

With Heatmap on, every numeric cell gets a red-to-green background within its column. Salary and Hero Own run the other way: a cheap, low-owned player is green and an expensive chalk player is red.

Export CSV

Export CSV saves the table as you see it, in the current sort and with the current filters. The file holds every grid column, including the simulation columns even with Advanced Mode off.

Share

Share renders your build as an image you can post. See Lineup actions menu for the other post-build exports.

Tips

  • Turn Advanced Mode on for research and off for editing. The narrow grid keeps Min Exp and Max Exp on screen.
  • Heatmap plus a sort by Salary shows value gaps at a glance: green Optimal next to green Salary is a cheap player the sim likes.
  • Export the CSV before a big edit session. It is the fastest way to restore a set of My Proj values through Projection Hub later.
  • Leave Auto-Apply Exposures on unless a large build makes each edit slow; then turn it off and apply once.

Troubleshooting

Projection Hub and Handbuild Mode are missing from the menu: the tab already holds lineups. Start a new build tab with the + next to the build chip, or clear the build.

Share is missing from the menu: Share needs a build.

"Exposure constraints changed" with "Apply changes to update your working lineups.": Auto-Apply Exposures is off and you edited a limit after a build. Click Apply in the toast.
