A cloud build fills your uploaded entries the same way the Fill button in Entries Preview does: one ordered pool of kept lineups, assigned across every contest you entered. It cannot put the file on DraftKings or FanDuel; you download the CSV and upload it yourself.
Power plan. Cloud builds need an active Power subscription.
Before you start
- Upload the entries CSV to the slate before the run fires. See Upload your entries.
- Turn on Fill my entries in the playbook's Fill stage. See The playbook editor.
What the Fill stage controls
| Control | Effect on a cloud run | Default |
|---|---|---|
| Fill my entries | Off keeps the ranked pool and touches no entry. | On |
| Contest order | Which contests are filled first: Stake (largest entry fee first), Entry fee, My entries count, or File order. | Stake |
| Unique lineups per contest | On, no lineup fills two entries in the same contest. | On |
| Empty entries only | On, entries that already hold a lineup are left alone. Turn it on when you filled some entries by hand. | Off |
How the fill works
- The Select stage keeps one lineup per uploaded entry with Match my entries on, or the Keep exactly count with it off.
- The run walks one pool across your contests in Contest order. The first contest gets the first lineups, until the pool or the entries run out.
The run always skips locked and skipped entries, entries you already changed with Late Swap, and entries whose lineup would seat a player whose game started. On a sport without Late Swap, no fill happens after lock at all. With Empty entries only on, the run also skips entries that already hold a lineup.
Guardrails at the Before fill checkpoint run first. Skip fill keeps the pool and leaves the entries alone; Stop the run ends the run without a fill.
What you still do by hand
Auto-download CSV and Open upload page in the Export stage apply only to a browser run. After a cloud run:
- Open the notification "Your build is ready" or the Mission Report.
- Click Download CSV, or open the Entries view on the slate and click Export.
- Click Open DraftKings or Open FanDuel, and upload the file on the site. See Export and upload to DraftKings and Export and upload to FanDuel.
Check the fill count in the Mission Report before you upload. The run may have skipped entries for the reasons above.
Tips
- Keep Unique lineups per contest on for tournaments. A repeated lineup in one contest splits its own prize.
- Pick Stake (largest entry fee first) when your best lineups should go where the money is. Pick File order when you arranged the file on purpose.
- Schedule with a lead of 15 minutes or more. It leaves time to download, check, and upload before lock.
Troubleshooting
"Skipped N entries you late-swapped." : nothing to fix. The run left your swapped entries alone.
"Skipped N entries because games started" (the note continues "use the Swap sheet to change them") : use Late Swap on those entries. See Run a late swap.
"Fill" marked "skipped" in the funnel : a guardrail with Skip fill tripped, or the Fill stage is off. Read the run notes.
Fewer entries filled than uploaded : the kept set was smaller than the entry count, or Empty entries only left filled entries alone. Turn Match my entries on.
No CSV in the notification : open the Mission Report and click Download CSV.
